We can provide a full design service from an initial concept through to working drawings for Planning Applications and Building Regulation Approvals. We can also provide SAP reports, Energy Performance Certificates and Structural Engineering Drawings through our partner companies.

We can oversee your project from concept to completion including helping you to select a main contractor or individual sub contractors and authorising stage payments as the work progresses.

We can organise contractor’s liability insurance and LABC or NHBC structural warranties. We can also advise on, and oversee, specialist foundation works including ring beams and piled foundations where ground conditions dictate.
